Our Meaningful Story

Rizzone Real Estate Group was founded in 2004 by President and Broker,
Giovanni Alvarez. The company’s name is in honor of his mother’s maiden
name, Piera Bottazzi Rizzone. Alongside Giovanni, his son Andre Alvarez
began working with him as a licensed Realtor since 2011. This duo is
known as the ultimate Father & Son team.

Giovanni and Andre strictly operate throughout Southern California with
their main expertise being primarily focused in LA, OC, and IE counties.

A team of versatile and skillful agents known for their unparalleled
devotion to their clients and commitment towards a proactive presence in
the industry. Giovanni and Andre are valued by their extensive market
knowledge and expert negotiation skills. Giovanni being an REO agent
with 15+ years of experience, he is able to deliver precise broker priced
opinions which allows him to sell the assigned foreclosed properties in a
timely manner. Not to mention their knowledge in the mortgage industry,
both agents are also full-time mortgage consultants and operate all under
